Peter Topliss

Peter has over 25 years’ consulting experience in the application of a wide range of environmental management tools to Australian, European, Asian and Canadian projects. Over the last 20 years, Peter has been a contaminated land management practitioner, primarily based in Tasmania working with major petroleum companies, defence, mining and heavy industry on assessment and management of asset risk. Focus areas of expertise include PFAS management, lead in the community (mines, smelters and industrials), waste and by-product characterisation and reuse, heavy industry closure planning and environmental liability assessment.  Peter is a Certified Site Contamination Specialist with EIANZ (CEnvP).
