Lyndon Bell

Dr Lyndon Bell is a Senior Principal in JBS&G's Melbourne office. He provides technical direction and project management of contaminated land assessment and remediation projects both locally and nationally.

Lyndon has worked for over 25 years in the contaminated land and groundwater assessment and remediation fields across consulting, corporate and research roles. In addition to his contaminated land experience working on former and operational commercial/ industrial sites and landfills across numerous settings, Lyndon also has corporate environmental management system and environmental regulatory compliance risk management experience.

As a specialist in environmental due diligence, Lyndon has worked in numerous roles supporting both Vendor and Purchaser sides of transactions, in addition to providing environmental technical and associated risk management support to our Clients in their merger and acquisition and divestment activities, including risk pricing support.
