Justin Bell

Dr Justin Bell is a Principal Environmental Engineer based in JBS&G’s Sydney office. He has 23 years’ experience in water resources engineering, both in surface water and groundwater, including water quality and salinity.

Justin has specialist skills in the application of analytical and numerical methods to surface water and groundwater problems. He undertakes the modelling, project management and reporting of his projects, as well as stake-holder engagement/ client liaison.
