Ben Hollyock
Ben is a Principal with the Assessment and Approvals team in JBS&G's Perth office. He has over 20 years' experience in environmental regulation, project approvals and management, consulting, government relations and negotiation in the transport, infrastructure and land development sectors.
He has strong knowledge of the environmental regulatory requirements for new and expanding development projects in Western Australia. Particularly the native vegetation clearing provisions of Part V and environmental impact assessment requirements under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 and MNES assessment under the Commonwealth Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
Ben has worked on numerous high-profile projects such as Port Coogee approvals, Outback Way, Jindee Master Planned Community, FFI Oakajee Renewable Energy Hub and the Perth Airport Major Development Plan North.
